Keep your body fit and clean

Workout at the gym or take up a recreational activity that will decrease your stomach, strengthen your abs, arms, and thighs. She birthed your children and doesn’t want to see another oversized belly for the rest of her life. She doesn’t want your stomach size to limit her bedroom action.

Help with cleaning the home

Pick up after yourself and your kids. Clean the dishes since she cooked all the meals. Cut the grass and take out the garbage.

Be active in your children’s lives

Know where your kids are with their academics and where they need to improve. Visit your kids’ schools. Read a book to your kids. Play board games with your kids. Help with getting your kids in the bed by 8 pm every night. She will have more fun with you when the kids are asleep.

Spend time with your family and learn to laugh

Stop working so late all of the time. Take a family vacation and leave work at home.

Try to make your home a place where she feels safe and supported while she works outside/inside the home assisting you to secure your family and home within an unstable economy.
